Furlong Land & Development is a RICS-regulated property advisory business, specialising in the residential development land markets across the wider Midlands geography.
Furlong Land & Development’s clients include:

Furlong Land & Development is fronted by Adrian Willet BSc (Hons), FRICS.
Adrian Willet has been a qualified Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years and has previously held senior development agency/advisory roles at CBRE, DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), Savills, and Crest Nicholson, and until recently Adrian was a co-Director of Highgate Land & Development.
Adrian has spent his entire career in the Midlands’ residential development land markets, in agency/advisory and client-side roles.
